Leadership with style: The new headquarters of a technology company

In 2012, the revitalisation of the company headquarters heralded in the beginning of an extensive renovation with modern building technology, tailored lighting, and future-oriented media technology.

The interior design for new room and utilisation concepts was characterised by the subtle interplay of colours and materials. The reception area, various waiting areas, but also manager’s desks, conference and meeting rooms, the guest casino for around 60 people as well as the auditorium were redesigned. The interior uses a very clear line, created in collaboration between Barkow Leibinger Architekten from Berlin and the Stuttgart-based interior designer Professor Sybille Maisch.

Soft colours ranging from caramel to saffron complement the Talk and Tune desk system by Renz in American walnut; the integrated media technology elegantly stays in the background. For the furnishings, the designers relied on comfortable classics: aluminium chairs by Vitra and FK shell chairs by Walter Knoll for the conference rooms, Fritz Hansen Swan arm chairs and the PK 22 Lounge Chair as well as the Tre Pezzi arm chair by Cassina for the reception and waiting zones.
