The Make Up Proust Vase was originally designed in 1992 by Alessandro Mendini. The vases are known for their colorful and psychedelic patterns, inspired by Mendini's iconic Proust armchair. In 2021 the collection was expanded with new colors and patterns. Some new materials, such as plastic, were also introduced. Despite these changes, the vase's distinctive design and unconventional style remains.
