Fondazione Prada
Glass, black Travertine, a tower wrapped in gold – Rem Koolhaas’ new design of the former distillery is the foremost crowd magnet in the south of Milan, Miuccia Prada’s cultural landmark in the fashion metropolis. Aside from current exhibitions such as Goshka Macugas’ “To the son of man who ate the scroll” (picture above), the ten different buildings also house a cinema and a stage. Yeeels Paris
Parisian chic meets New York style; probably the best way to describe the elegant restaurant-bar hybrid on the Avenue George V. It is mostly the rich and the beautiful who meet here, in a décor of brass, velveteen, mirrors, and dark marble. This in turn means that there is plenty to look at while enjoying an excellently crafted cocktail.
